I have some exciting news, my wonderful friend Gretchen of Hawaiian Total Fitness in San Pedro, CA has agreed to let me come and conduct group Guided Meditations!! The first of these is a Pre-Holiday 'Mental Vacation" Meditation on Nov. 10th. Hope to see some fab. faces. Remember to RSVP as we only have room for 8 people.
